Will Galuppi’s new stage make them a Pompano Beach concert force?

POMPANO BEACH NEWS: Pompano Beach restaurant and events space Galuppi’s is well known for their free concerts every weekend; these concerts include tribute bands for 70s and 80s classic rock and upcoming rock bands. Although Galuppi’s has held previous concerts on temporary stage areas in their patio bar, the success of their concerts last year has allowed them to now begin building a permanent stage for future live music events. Plans for the waterfront stage, which will be overlooking the Pompano Beach Greens and Fountains, has already begun and will consist of four stages.
First, the a retaining wall will be built in order to level the ground around the stage. Then, new structures will be built in order to increase coverage against rain and run. The third stage will consist of rerouting of golf cart routes in the Pompano Beach Greens. This means that concertgoers will be able to enter and leave the concert area will ease; they will also be able to get close to the stage while golfers finish their final holes across the water. Finally, a permanent stage will be installed. Construction will be ongoing throughout the next weeks and Galuppi’s will continue to give updates on the construction.
Once the stage is completed, Galuppi’s will continue their weekly tradition of holding free concerts for the community. But fear not; they will continue to have their regular scheduled concerts during construction.
