A Message from Le Bistro
As we adapt and adjust to lifestyle changes due to COVID-19, each and every one of us is responsible for doing what we can to help reduce the potential impact to those at high risk in our respective communities. We are all aware by now of common sense recommendations – proper and frequent hand washing, avoid touching one’s face, sneeze into elbows, and cover ones mouth when coughing, don’t touch your face and stay home if unwell.
Boosting your health through proper nutrition helps to build the immune system, keeping us strong.
The team at Le Bistro is committed to providing the best hospitality to their patrons. As we closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking every precaution to ensure our top priority is the health, safety and well-being of our guests and staff.
We are reducing our small restaurant capacity even further to ensure that few folks will be dining at one time, reducing any potential exposure to COVID-19. We have been advised that the risk of these types of small gatherings is very low. We will continue to follow the guidelines of our local health departments, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As we stay current on this evolving situation, we want to assure you that we continue to:
- Ensure proper and rigorous cleaning and sanitization of common surfaces and food preparation environments.
- Conduct on going staff training to enhance cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our guests and staff
- Instruct our staff to stay home if they are not feeling well
- Work closely with and adapt to the ongoing safety guidelines from our local health departments, CDC and WHO
- Provide single use menus
We will continue to respond and adapt if protocols change to ensure the well-being of each other and our guests.
