The building is the world’s first of its kind and houses 638 luxury guest rooms. An adjacent 168-room tower will overlook a new pool lagoon and feature Bora Bora-style, swim out rooms. The property will also unveil an expanded gaming floor, a new Rock Spa, 13.5 acres of recreational waterscape, premier meeting and convention space, a entertainment venue, night clubs, retail shops and much more.

The new hotel and casino will hire 4,000 new positions and will host a job fair on June 4. Click HERE for more information.

You can book accommodations for the October 24 grand opening weekend starting July 24.

Take a sneak peak…

A stunning 13.5-acre pool lagoon will be a highlight of the new integrated resort. Three distinct waterfront areas will delight guests with multiple options to enjoy the sun-filled skies of South Florida. Options include a true beach-style experience, created with locally sourced Florida sand dotted with comfortable beach chairs; a private, tropical lagoon-style setting amidst waterfalls and swaying palms; and a large water expanse, nearly as long as three football fields, that will offer water activities such as canoeing, paddle-boarding and more. Guests looking for a more luxurious offering can indulge in the Bora Bora experience which features overwater villas spanning 450-800 square feet, each equipped with personal plunge pools, private bathrooms and butler service. The iconic guitar-shaped hotel will tower above it all.
The retail area of the new Seminole Hard Rock casino is stunning. New retail offerings wind their way along a 26,000-square-foot promenade of boutique storefronts, temptingly unique and handsomely located along a marble-floored walkway leading from the Lucky Street Garage. The completion of the expansion project will bring a total of 16 unique concept restaurants and 20 bars, inclusive of nightlife outlets and restaurant bars. Offering a wide range of dining options, the resort will have concepts to intrigue even the most discerning guests. Opening this fall will be a contemporary Italian restaurant; Latin American- and Spanish-inspired solid fuel grilling concept; new 24-hour restaurant offering time-honored classics; buffet with a variety of menu selections and live action stations; and artisanal coffee shop with baked goods made in-house daily; along with a brand new Lobby Bar and Center Bar, and much more.
This light and water fountain is called the Occulus. It will have choreographed shows and will serve as a centerpiece of the new Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.
