2019 FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS GUIDE
LAUDERDALE BY THE SEA FIREWORKS
Lauderdale-By-The-Sea will be hosting a full day of family-friendly events to celebrate the Fourth of July. Beginning at 10:00 am, a parade led by the volunteer fire department will travel throughout the town, leading to Family Fun Day in El Prado Park. There families can enjoy an afternoon of bounce houses, inflatable slides, and refreshing slip n slides.
At night guests can view an amazing fireworks display just north of El Prado Park at 9:00 pm.

Parking will be available in lots through out Lauderdale-by-the-Sea
DEERFIELD BEACH FIREWORKS
The City of Deerfield Beach annual Fourth of July Celebration will include fun events for all ages. Visitors are welcome to relax on the beach and listen to live music on the main stage and two side stages (see schedule below). Vendors will also be available to provide a variety of arts and crafts, local foods and ice cold beverages. At night, the famous Deerfield Beach fireworks show will illuminate the sky. Visitors are welcome to enjoy the display for free, but personal fireworks are not permitted on the beach, street or public property. Complimentary shuttles and parking will be available to make sure all who want to attend event will be able to.
Main Stage Schedule:
Noon to 1pm: Adam Uhlan & The Blue Risers
1:30 to 2:30pm: Deep Fried Funk
3 to 4:30pm: Shaw Davis & The Black Ties
5:15 to 6:45pm: Maggie Baugh
7:30 to 9:05pm: In/Vertigo
Shuttle Information:
Parking on the barrier island will be limited during the event. Complimentary parking is available from the Cove Shopping Center (1580 SE 3rd Ct.), Sullivan Park (1701 Riverview Rd.) & St. Ambrose Catholic Church (380 S Federal Hwy). Shuttle service will run as follows:
• Continuous shuttle service from 11:00 AM to 5:45 PM
• NO shuttle service from 5:45 PM to 11:00 PM due to the closing of the Hillsboro Boulevard bridge
• Continuous shuttle service will resume at 11:00 PM and run continuously until 12am.

POMPANO BEACH FIREWORKS
The City of Pompano Beach will be ringing in the Fourth of July with their annual Fireworks Extravaganza at the beach near the Fishing Pier. At 5pm, the night will begin with live music featuring “Southern Blood,” a southern rock band, followed by the main act “Vinyl,” a top 40 band.
At 9 pm an extravagant fireworks set launched from a floating barge in the ocean will light up the sky. Guests are welcome to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs, but personal fireworks, glass containers, alcohol and pets are prohibited.
In case of unforeseen weather, a rain date for the fireworks display will be set for Friday, July 5th.
Parking will be available at Atlantic Boulevard and A1A. Street Parking will also be available as well as the Pier Garage, located right across from the Pompano Beach Pier.

FORT LAUDERDALE  VIRTUAL 5K & 10K RACES
Join the City of Fort Lauderdale in celebrating the 4th of July with a virtual 5K or 10K. Participants are welcome to enter and do the race on their own time anytime in July. You can run the race alone, with friends, or even on a treadmill to avoid the summer heat. For $20, you will receive a medal and official bib after signing up and submitting your time. At least 15% of every entry will be donated to HOMES FOR OUR TROOPS, an organization that builds home for severely injured veterans. Feel free to complete a 5K, 10K, half marathon or more.
