[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]DEERFIELD BEACH INDIGO STATION- What was once a vacant eyesore is now a major apartment/retail complex in Deerfield Beach. Indigo Station on Hillsboro Blvd. is now renting apartments.  It is the former site of the the Days Inn, which closed down years ago.  Indigo Station is being billed as  housing for working professionals looking for a quality development that is close to transportation. The community offers an alternative to  similar units found in Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton.

The property is just steps from the Tri-Rail station and according to the Indigo Station website, “[is] just ¼ mile west of I-95 – and less than five miles from some of South Florida’s top-rated beaches. … offer[ing] easy access to Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale. [It is] perfectly placed to enjoy the best of both worlds – easy access to transit, and sophisticated living close to the bright indigo waters of the Atlantic Ocean.”

Apartments range from 638 square foot studio units renting for just over $1,500 per month to two bedroom, 1,327 square foot apartments going for over $2,150 per month.  Most apartments include a balcony and select ones even contain full size washer/dryers.

So far, no tenants have moved into the retail space although the developer is looking for a mix of restaurants and other conveniences to make the community self contained and walkable.

The Deerfield Beach Indigo Station units have begun renting.  You can go to their website for more info:  indigostation.com.
