[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Commercial real estate prices in Pompano Beach continue to climb. With all the recent growth in the city, buyers are looking to get in before prices go even higher. Meanwhile, long time (and even short time) owners are looking to sell to make a big profit on their invenstments.

Case in point, the small group of shops located on the 1300 block of East Atlantic Blvd., just across the street from the landmark Furman Insurance building.

Those shops were recently sold to 1303 Atlantic Center (odd name because 1303 is on the other side of the block). The actual addresses of the property are 1300-1304 E. Atlantic Blvd. Registered agent for the company is Jai Pal and the Sawhney family. Both listed a Pompano Beach residential building as their business address.

According to law.com, 1303 Atlantic Center paid $1.18 million for the property. The previous owner $640,500 back in November 2012.

Recent occupants have included: Oceans Massage and Tanning, Digital Images, Price Dean taxes and accounting, Beach Holistic Heathcare, Funhouse Tatoos, and Session and Session Carpets, which is now closed.

According to their website, Beach Holistic Healthcare is run by DR. ALFREDO CAJAR. “Dr. Cajar has been in practice for over 18 years. In 2013 he combined his passion for chiropractic, Holistic health and vitality by opening Beach Holistic Healthcare. The goal of the center is to improve health through chiropractic care, clinical nutrition and lifestyle coaching.”

Digital Images is a printing, copying and graphic design business that has been in that location for quite a while.

According to Price Dean’s website, Rodolfo Price, CPA is “the founder and CEO of PriceDean. As a graduate of the University of Maryland, he received his Certified Public Accountant designation from the state of Maryland.”
