A new luxury condominium project is planned for two adjacent lots on the south side of NE 14th Street, between Federal Highway and the Intracoastal Waterway.
According to plans submitted to the City by the developer, Property Outlaws, LLC, the proposed project would be built on 0.41 acres of property at 2716 NE 14th Street and 1371 NE 27th Way, overlooking a canal. The project would consist of eight condo units in two buildings that are three stories each. The ground floor would include ameneties such as offices for private use, a conference room, sauna, swimming pool and deck, BBQ area, fire-pit and breezeways.
The condo units would be on the second and third floors. Each condo would have two stories. Five of the condos would have two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ranging from 1,263 to 1,383 square feet; three of the condos would have three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ranging from 1,473 to 1,635 square feet. There would be a total of 16 ground-level parking spaces.
The project site is currently occupied by a single-family home and a former doctor’s office.
